Enrollment Procedure

ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS

STEP 1.    Fill out the enrollment form for new students or returning students;

STEP 2.    Upload the soft copy of the proof of payment and the following in the said form:

For Casa/Pre-school
1. PSA Birth Certificate

For Grade I
2. Kindergarten Certificate of Completion
3. PSA Birth Certificate

For old students
1.  Progress Report Card (SF9)
2. Final clearance

For Transferees
1. Progress Report Card (SF9), indicating the LRN
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character

STEP 3.    Online assessment of learner and parent/tutor (by appointment)
